Implementation Services
All AirIT projects are managed in accordance with the AirIT Quality Management System. This system was designed to provide the practical transformation of quality objectives and to ensure a high quality standard for all AirIT products and services.
 
The AirIT project management methodology is designed to support the management, administration, and control of all of the tasks assigned to the project, and is critical to a successful implementation at the airport.
 
For PROPworks® implementations, AirIT's trained staff of transportation professionals can provide a full range of services from initial software installation through data conversion and system cutover. We pride ourselves on bringing industry trained and experienced personnel to each project. Most of our implementation consultants and managers have come from the transportation industry and know the intimate details of airport business management.

Education and Training
AirIT offers a full line of educational services for the PROPworks® product line. In addition to our standard "train the trainer" approach which is used in many PROPworks® implementation projects, we offer customized end-user training for organizations that desire full service "cradle to grave" training.
 
These services provide customized end-user training materials developed around your unique business processes, job aids, custom training exercises, and more using your specific data and PROPworks® configuration.
